Offline Private Security System

Recording, detection, and alerts that run on hardware inside your building, not on a cloud platform. The FTC has documented past failures at Ring that exposed customer video to employees and hackers, and cloud camera services can also share footage across authorized networks or in response to lawful requests. A local system avoids those exposure paths by design.

Big Brother Is Watching You

Your camera can expose private spaces

Cloud-connected cameras may send video, thumbnails, alerts, and device metadata to the provider’s infrastructure. How long that material is retained, who can access it, and when it is shared or disclosed depend on the service, plan, settings, and jurisdiction. Once footage leaves the building, control over it is shared with the platform.

Cloud convenience creates dependence

Remote viewing, recording history, and smart detection often depend on a paid subscription, an online account, an internet connection, and the provider’s continued support. Pricing, features, terms, and device compatibility can all change after installation.

Keep recording under your control

Local RTSP cameras and a local recorder keep routine recording and analytics on hardware you own. You decide how long footage is kept, who can view it, and how remote access works. Privacy still depends on secure configuration, timely software updates, strong access controls, and sound network protection.

Your Cameras, Your Rules

Recording

Local Recording, Nothing in the Cloud

Open-standard RTSP cameras record to a local recorder inside your building. Footage stays on storage you own and is kept as long as you choose, with on-device AI handling motion zones and person detection.

Access

Full Access from Your Phone

Local does not mean inconvenient. On your home network, live views load instantly. When you are away, we set up encrypted remote access through a private mesh VPN or secure self-hosting. You keep the convenience of a cloud app, but your footage never passes through third-party servers.

No Subscriptions, No Lock-In

No monthly fees. The hardware is standard and vendor-neutral, replaceable piece by piece, so a provider raising prices or discontinuing a service never takes your system with it.

Wi-Fi Sensing and Motion Detection

Cameras cannot watch everywhere, and in most rooms they should not. These layers cover the rest: movement across whole rooms and the points where someone actually enters. Each handles the events it is best at.

Wi-Fi CSI Sees Movement Through Walls

Every Wi-Fi frame carries channel state information, the amplitude and phase of each subcarrier, which describes how the signal propagated and reflected through your home. People moving through a room disturb those reflections in characteristic ways. We flash compatible routers with OpenWrt and read that stream in real time, turning an ordinary access point into a passive radar that covers entire rooms, in darkness, without a camera.

Doors, Windows, and Glass

Small sensors on your doors and windows tell the system the moment one opens. A separate sensor listens for the sound of breaking glass, so a smashed window triggers the same response as an opened one.

Motion Sensors for the Rooms That Matter

Motion sensors pick up body heat, so they work in complete darkness and never record an image. They cost little enough to put in every room that matters, covering hallways and stairwells a camera should not watch.

The Intelligence Runs on the Edge

A detection on its own is not an alert. A small edge computer inside your building reads every camera stream and sensor signal, recognizes what matters, weighs it all against your rules, and decides whether anything should reach your phone.

Face Recognition for RTSP Cameras

Video from your RTSP cameras is analyzed on an edge computer inside your building, not sent to a cloud service. On-device models tell a person from a car, a delivery, or a pet, watch only the zones you define, and can match faces you have enrolled yourself. Frames are processed where they are recorded and stay on storage you own.

Gait Recognition for Wi-Fi CSI

The same edge computer runs a second recognition pipeline on Wi-Fi channel state information instead of pixels. It reads movement and presence through walls and in complete darkness, and can recognize a person’s gait, so a familiar walk is handled differently from an unknown one. No camera, no image, and the radio data never leaves the building.

One Integrated, Local Alert System

Every layer reports into one local event engine: camera and Wi-Fi detections, motion and presence sensors, and door, window, and glass-break events. All of this telemetry is analyzed together against your zone and time rules, and an alert is raised only when the signals agree. The whole system runs without a cloud account: detection continues when the internet is down, nothing is uploaded to a third party, and your footage, profiles, and sensor history stay private by default. Remote notifications still depend on your connection.
